My Bonnie Lies Over The Ocean

( • )

Don’t bring back my Bonnie to me.

They gave her a name so now she’s a tropical storm, moving faster than they thought.

You feel a little relief when the hurricane forecast models (turn ‘em on in the menu in the upper right corner) all show the beast missing Texas, followed by a little guilt because God or mathematical chance or sheer dumb luck has taken aim at New Orleans yet again.

God or mathematical chance or sheer dumb luck appears ready to run right over the top of B-P’s plugged-but-seeping oil well, too, with all the ships fleeing ahead of the storm. So there goes at least another 10 days of unsolution to the spew saga.
